Green Building Technology Evaluation Standard And Application Case Analysis

Nowadays,the China's sustainable development has been a must meanwhile,green building is becoming a vital part of China's sustainable strategy under the world's poor and fragile environment.The development of global architecture market has gradually been based on the awareness of “green","ecological" and "low-carbon".The green building will give full consideration in the local climate and topographic conditions,the scientific design site and the architectural space layout,reducing the development intensity of the natural terrain,and improving the ecological efficiency of the indoor and outdoor areas.The construction of green building will be the bridge to display the economic prosperity,energy conservation,environmental friendliness and social harmony for the whole world.Based on literature review and field research,this paper studies the international Green building evaluation system,such as China's Green building,Germany's DGNB,Britain's BREEAM,Singapore's Green Mark,Japan's CASBEE,the United States' LEED,South Korea's GBCC,etc.The main contents and characteristics of the mainstream green building evaluation system at home and abroad are summarized.At the same time,based on the domestic and international standards,we list the typical cases at home and abroad for specific analysis.Finally,combined with the project of Jinmao green building,the European-China international city of Qingdao,which I participated in as the key research content,we adopted the most practical green building design scheme,from the aspects of land saving and environment,energy saving and energy utilization,water saving and water resources,timber saving and material resources and indoor environment quality.Through technical analysis,we get the green building technology measures during the construction of this project.It provides reference for the design and implementation of green building technology for government departments,construction units,design units and construction and operation units.It also plays an important role in promoting enterprise energy saving and emission reduction,developing new products through technological progress and making enterprises embark on the road of healthy and sustainable development.
