With the development of economy and society,more and more families get their cars in China.According to the data released by Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China,the number of motor vehicles in China reached 195 million by the end of 2016,second only to the United States.The huge amount of car ownership has a huge demand for automotive spare parts,and a huge demand for logistics about automotive supplies.However the logistics about automobile spare parts has not been received by the automobile industry and logistics industry,due to the late development of the whole automobile industry in China.There are still a series of problems,such as high cost,the poor synergy and inefficiency.In order to solve these problems,automobile plants urgently need to reduce the cost and upgrade the service level by strengthening cooperation and sharing resources.Based on the above analysis,it is very important to study how to carry out joint distribution of automotive spare parts and share the cost reasonably between the partners.For the process to deliver the automotive supplies from RDCs to needs points,this paper argues that automobile plants should cooperate with each other by choosing 3PL and using Milk-Run,based on the characteristics of automobile spare parts in China.In order to ensure the stability of the joint distribution of automobile spare,this article use the Raiffa solution cost allocation model based on time risk to share the cost of joint distribution among the cooperative enterprises.Firstly,this paper mainly analyzes the present situation and problems of auto spare parts distribution in China.The author proposes joint distribution of automobile spare parts based on 3PL,and design the Milk-Run based on 3PL.Under the mechanism agreed by all parties,automobile plants cooperate to deliver the automotive supplies from RDCs to needs points,with the help of 3PL and the Milk-Run.At the same time,the feasibility and advantages of this model are analyzed,and the cost structure under this mode is studied.Secondly,the factors that affect the stability of the joint distribution of automobile spare parts are analyzed in this paper.The author points out that cost allocation is the most critical issue to ensure the smooth implementation of the joint distribution.This artical point that use the Raiffa solution to allocate the cost of the joint distribution ofautomobile spare parts.Based on this,the time risk of the collection is considered,and the Raiffa solution cost allocation model of joint distribution based on time risk is built.Finally,choose three auto plants to build a RDC in Chengdu,and mark the three RDCs as A,B and C.Take it as an example that deliver the automotive supplies from RDCs in Chengdu to automobile 4S shops in Chonhqing.According to the actual research data,calculate and verify the feasibility and superiority of the model in Chapter Four.
