At present,in the capital construction of our country,the number and scale of large-scale projects are increasing day by day,and the complexity and diversity of the project are also increasing.Construction site management is a multi-element,multi-level management,and the modern construction site with cross-operation,complex operating procedures,a wide range of technical types and other characteristics,the personnel involved,mechanical equipment,materials,environmental management Gradually increased,increasing the difficulty of the construction site management.In addition,with the continuous improvement of management level,modern management model is also constantly updated development,but the complexity and diversity of the project led to changes in the management model,with more uncertainty,to the construction site Some management difficulty.Construction site management caused by poor construction accidents are common,ranging from delaying the duration,waste of manpower,material resources,financial resources,while the risk of life safety and to solve the problem of on-site management of the most direct way is 5S site management law.Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,firstly,the paper introduces the concept,principle,purpose of 5S management.Especially the paper introduces the five parts of 5S management: SEIRI,SEITON,SEISO,SEIKETSU and SHITSUKE.Secondly,the paper mainly takes the typical highway construction in the basic construction industry as an example,takes C Company as the research object,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the current site construction management,expounds the application of 5S field management in C company.Thirdly,we set up a comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the performance of carrying out 5S management.The five aspects of 5S management is the evaluate index.Calculating the weighting through AHP and valuating every factor throungh fuzzy evalutiong.Furthemore we get the evaluation effect and confirm the effectiveness of 5S management.Lastly,according to the evaluation results and the actual situation of management,we put forward some suggestions on the problems and shortcomings in the implementation of the 5S management,so as to give many similar project companies Revelation.
