Research On Three-line Extraction And Coordination Optimization Based On Multi-Regulation Fusion

At present,the planning system of our country is large and complex,and there are many kinds of planning types and conflicts between them.The connection problem of multiple plans is outstanding,and the actual work scope of each unit interferes with each other.With the continuous development and progress of China’s planning field,the government attaches great importance to planning,and the integration between planning type and planning cooperation is of great importance.In recent years,many researchers try to city planning by gis technology to city parts data testing,analysis,integration and utilization of resources of thorough perception of the city and urban comprehensive regulation,after the optimization,the coordination of each part in the management of city and convenient operation.Combining the application of information technology with the planning theory of "multi-regulation",this paper provides a new way to solve the "multidisciplinary" conflict.This paper explores the method of resolving the "multiple rules" conflict by combining the application of information technology with the planning theory of"multi-regulation integration".First,by studying the basic theory of the "rules",the analysis of development priority zones,and urban and rural planning,land use planning and the differences between the planning of ecological environment protection and the existing problems,find out the solve the technical route of "rules",put forward building the urban construction land control,protection of basic farmland red line of the red line and ecological protection planning control system is the important technology to realize "multiple gauge fusion" approach,and the "three line"the connotation and the coordination of the research.Then,summarized a set of complete extraction technology and the "three line" based on "multiple gauge fusion"three line coordination model and programming implementation,it is "more fusion rules" unified foundation platform,in order to improve the ability of spatial planning security development,give full play to the planning.Finally,with wuhan city as an example to the model for the practice exploration and the experiment results and in 2020 in wuhan city planning has carried on the comparison and analysis,found that this method has high accuracy and precision,and explore a new road in order to realize "a plan,a blueprint".
