In the course of the city's continuous expansion of its own scale,the scale of the subway as a public building project is becoming more and more large,and the mechanical and electrical installation of the subway is one of the most important parts: water supply and drainage,fire control system,low-voltage distribution lighting,HVAC,and electrical and gas engineering installation,and so on.It is becoming more and more complex.The collision conflict in the mechanical and electrical installation project is also easier to occur.The mechanical and electrical equipment,the pipeline optimization and the improper arrangement of the installation process will cause great loss to the time limit and the cost.In view of the complexity of the subway project cost control,this paper first through the literature research method through library,network,construction company database,through the database access,analysis and collection of related documents,papers,documents,books and other related information.The existing statistical data of BIM are reviewed,and the current situation of the cost control in subway construction is analyzed,and the advantages of the construction cost control process are analyzed.Through the research of BIM technology and cost control theory at home and abroad,the necessity and feasibility of applying BIM technology to construction project cost control is demonstrated.Secondly,by analyzing the characteristics and process of Metro mechanical and electrical installation,this paper introduces the system construction of BIM technology in the cost control of Metro electromechanical installation,including the cost database,information model layer and the construction of functional layer,and the design phase cost control through the collaborative design of the BIM platform,the collision inspection and the engineering quantity statistics.The construction phase cost control is realized through the quota,the interim payment control,the change and visa management and the final accounts management,and the cost control in the final operation and maintenance stage.Through the analysis of the example of Shijiazhuang metro line one line,from the acquired data analysis,in the process of theoretical research,combined with the experience of concrete project practice,the cost before construction is predicted.Through the construction of the BIM model,BIM technology is applied to the actual construction in the drawing review,collision inspection,pipeline comprehensive arrangement and virtual construction.The improved earned value cost analysis is carried out by combining the BIM technology with the earned value theory,and the cost change information is recorded,analyzed and collate in time,and the Provincial Museum Station is 2017 The cost and progress deviation of ~38 weeks in the thirty-first week of the year are calculated and analyzed.According to the pre set warning interval deviation,the deviation category is analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are made according to the different types of deviation.The cost control is truly saved,the cost control ability and project management level of the construction enterprises are improved,and the enterprises are promoted in an all-round way.Comprehensive competitiveness.
