As people pay much attention to environmental protection,paper packaging instead of plastics has become the trend of packaging industry in the future.The paper-yarn composite bags,which have high strength,environmental protection and other advantages,have gradually become the mainstream products in paper packaging.There is bad motion coordination in the existing paste bottom machine,and the paste bottom equipment cannot achieve the shortcomings of the production of multi-planning paper-yarn composite bag size.In this thesis,the key mechanism in the production line of the paper yarn composite bag paste bottom machine is designed.In this thesis,the process of hand paste bottom is analyzed and inspected,then the process flow of this machine is set up,and the functions to be realized in each process are determined,and the overall layout of the machine is also made.According to the technological route,the structure design and implementation of rhythm device,transmission device,flattening device and indentation device are carried out.In the design of the rhythm device,the method of analytic hierarchy process is used to make a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the design scheme of the rhythm device.According to the evaluation results,a scheme is selected with the base belt conveying bag tube,and the gear rod blocking the bag tube.Using the theoretical calculation and the ADAMS kinematics simulation,the scheme is used in the rhythm device.The key parts and the installation position are designed to make the structure more compact under the premise of satisfying the movement.In the design of the transmission device,according to the performance of the paper bag and the process requirements,the clamping roll and the transmission mode are selected.By establishing the mechanical model of the bag holding and conveying,the size of the holding force is calculated.Then the parameters of the holding roll,the parameters of the spring,the chain traction force,the power of the electric machine,the chain transmission system is also calculated,and then a pair of double tooth roller sprockets is selected for kinematic simulation to provide reference for the installation position of the whole double sprocket drum.In the design of the flattening device,the two schemes are compared using test method,and the scheme of the roller rotating flat bag is determined.Then the angle of the tripod,the cylinder parameters,the strength of the bolt,the acceleration value of the bag pass through the roller are calculated,and the kinematic simulation of the roller is carried out to compare the pressure of the mouth of the bag.The theoretical value of the acceleration and the simulation value of the flat roller confirm the optimum distance between the flat roller and the panel.Analysis and test of the original indentation device that bag of fold,optimize the design of a new device for active indentation,indentation rolling speed,rolling material,power driven indentation size,indentation depth,indentation width werecalculated.Through the experiments,the fold phenomenon does not occur.when the bag mouth pass the indentation device.The bag indentation effect is good.In this thesis,the design scheme of the paper-yard composite bag paste bottom machine is compared and determined.The parts in the optimum design scheme are processed,purchased and assembled into prototype,and the experiment is carried out.The test shows that the optimal scheme improves the coordination and the compactness of the follow-up paper yarn compound bag paste bottom machine,which provides the foundation for productization.
