At present, the new yarn paper compound bag is mainly used for packaging of industrial and agricultural materials such as cements, grain and all kinds of chemical products. However, bottom-pasting work of this new type yarn compound bag is completed manually. The efficiency is very low. And the paste quality also cannot be guaranteed. The bottom-pasting machine designed in this paper is mainly used for bottom-pasting work of widely used large capacity yarn compounded bag. It is a new type packing machine. This thesis is based on the project of Lanzhou Science and Technology Bureau, mainly completed the modular design and production of yarn paper compounded bag bottom-pasting machine The main contents are as follows:The feasibility of the overall design of the new paper yarn composite bottom gluing machine is analyzed and the overall function of the machine is defined. Based on the processing requirements of the paper bag tube, we propose the feasible bottom paste of bag tube, module decomposition the processes and calculate the parameters of the module by the modern design methodology.Based on the combination of the actual processing technology, the thesis studies the transmission structure of the new type paper and yarn compounded bag paste machine, which is to simplify the technological process and improve the production efficiency. The transmission device have designed in this thesis is constitute of the roller, transport and reversing components. According to the transmission structure of paper and yarn compounded bag paste machine, which is been designed is the roller component. It includes the comparison of the design scheme of the roller components, the detailed design of the roller components, fatigue check of the roller shaft and the model selection of cylinder, etc. By understanding the working principle of the transmission structures, selection of the starting and braking device and have parameter check of the active roller, the reversing components are designed in this thesis. Understand the working principle of the reversing components. After the preliminary design, select the appropriate design scheme and analyze the strength of the welded joint.Through virtual modeling and assembly technology, the 3D model of the transmission device of bottom gluing machine is established. Finally, with the use of Solid Works and ANSYS Workbench software, kinematics simulation analysis, static analysis and modal analysis are carried out for paper yarn compound bag bottom gluing machine transmission device. These analyses provide theory basis for subsequent transmission device optimization.
