With the advent of a well-off life,environmental protection has also become a topic of increasing concern.Kraft paper as the main material of paper and yarn composite bag gradually becomes the main packaging mode in the packaging industry and industrial production.Besides,the packing material of this kind is green and environment-friendly,easy to recycle and degrade,and also has the advantage of plastic packing bag.However,at present,there are some problems in the development of paper and yarn composite bag equipment in domestic,such as lower efficiency,poor quality and higher cost.Aiming at above problems,the key devices in the paper and yarn composite bag bottom pasting machine are optimized.The main contents are as follows:According to the investigation and analysis of the traditional manual bottom pasting process,the overall process flow of the bottom pasting machine is formulated to clarify the functions to be achieved and the design scheme and main design parameters of the key device are determined.Optimization design of frame structure.Taking the length and width as the design variables on the basis of the analysis of frame structure performance,the objective function is constructed with the maximum equivalent stress and mass of the frame;After generating sample points with Latin hypercube sampling,Kriging model is established,and cuckoo algorithm is used to optimize the mathematical model.The maximum deformation,maximum equivalent stress and mass of the optimized frame are compared.The results show that the maximum deformation,the maximum equivalent stress and the mass of the frame are obviously reduced,and the stability of the frame is improved.Optimization design of the valve sticking device.The paper and yarn composite bag bottom pasting machine valve sticking device is optimized by analyzing the driving system stiffness of the ball screw pair and the load torque of the stepping motor.Taking the reciprocal of the stiffness of the transmission system and the load moment as the objective function respectively,and taking the diameter,lead,acceleration time and uniform speed time of the lead screw as the design variables,the cuckoo algorithm is used to calculate the optimal mathematical model.Important parameters are set to test the valve sticking device to determine the rationality of the optimal design,so that the motion coordination between the mechanisms and the accuracy of the machining position are guaranteed.Optimization design of the indentation incision device.Scheme selection and structural design are carried out for the conveying mechanism and indentation incision mechanism in the indentation incision device,and indentation force and cutting tool force in the indentation incision device are analyzed and calculated.Taking the velocity and envelope angle of thesubstrate in the conveying structure as the design variables and the optimal theoretical initial tension as the design goal,the cuckoo algorithm is used for the optimal calculation.The cause and solution of belt deviation in belt transmission are determined,and the spring is used for automatic tensioning.The experiment results show that the base band does not slip and transfer stably,the indentation incision effect is good and the processing position is accurate.In this thesis,through the optimization design of the key device of the paper and yarn composite bag bottom pasting machine,the stability of the frame is improved,the quality of the frame is reduced,and the sticking valve and indentation incision are more stable and accurate.
