Paper and yarn compounded bag is an environmental packing bag made from kraft paper and yarn,and is mainly used in chemistry,food,medicine and other industries.The produce of the paper and yarn compound bag glued by manual is not reliable.This machine is a new kind of equipment for bottom pasting.By comparing the shortcomings of the intermittent mode of production,paper and yarn compounded bag is intended to use continuous mode of production.The key parts of the machine are designed and tested.The main contents are as follows:Through the investigation of manual production process,the process route of the paste is formulated.The functions of the process are clarified.According to the process and technical requirements,general layout of the machine is carried out.The bag is conveyed by the horizontal conveyer to the indentation and incision device,rotated from the horizontal position to the vertical position,and delivered to the position of suction,expansion,molding,etc.According to the process route,the indentation and incision device,the conveying device,the sucking device and the expanding device are designed and realized respectively.The indentation and incision device is mainly composed of a supporting component,an indentation component,a pneumatic component,a tool holder component,and a moving tool holder.The device is driven by cylinder,and guided by rail.The indentation is achieved by the upper and lower movement of the tool holder.The indentation knife and the incision knife are installed on the tool holder,and can be adjusted to adapt different sizes of the bag.In order to achieve the vertical convey of the bag,three kinds of design schemes are conducted.Three schemes—belt conveyor,roller & belt conveyor,and transmission roller are designed in detail.Three schemes are processed and assembled on the machine.Through the experiment,the best scheme is the transmission roller one.This device runs smoothly in the production process,and can satisfy the design requirement.And the bag does not fall and jam.In order to implement the key process of suction and opening of bag bottom of the bottom-pasting machine for the paper and yarn compounded bag,a vacuum suction-opening device is developed,in which the dual crank linkage mechanism is the core part.The key parameters of this system are determined based on the relationship between the suction-opening force and sucker diameter,and relationship between the suction-opening force and relative vacuum pressure.When the crank speed is 18.5r / min,the contact time between sucker and bag is 0 ~ 0.76 s.Both the simulation and actual device results show that the suction-opening device has good suction-opening effect and can satisfy the field requirements.Three schemes are designed for the expanding device.The experimental results show that the third scheme is the best.The optimization design of the third expanding scheme is carried out.And the optimization result is tested and verified.In this thesis,the key parts of the bottom-pasting machine for the paper and yarn compounded bag are designed.The designed equipment is manufactured and assembled.Through the experiment,the deficiency of the original equipment is found.The defects are optimized and validated.This lays the foundation for the production of the bottom-pasting machine for the paper and yarn compounded bag.
