The basic braking device is an important part of the truck bogie,whose performance of controlling deceleration and parking directly affects the running safety of the vehicle.With the rapid development of Chinese heavy-duty trucks in recent years,the speed of replacement of parts of basic braking devices has accelerated,and in the case of exporting a large number of basic braking devices to foreign countries,the traditional design patterns are inefficient and can not meet the technical requirements.Parametric design,a new design method,can improve design efficiency and design quality by establishing a parametric design system of basic braking devices.The structural characteristics and working principle of the basic braking device are analyzed,combined with the "train traction calculation procedures" and force analysis,the preliminary design dimensions of the various parts of the basic braking device are calculated,which determines key parameters for the parametric design of the basic braking device.Solid Works API secondary development is the parametric design platform.The basic theory and design methods of parameterization are analyzed.The parameterized design of basic braking devices of the truck is carried out in the three-dimensional CAD environment.The parameterized assembly of L-C composite brake beam is conducted.According to the process of creating models and designing the general parts in Solid Works,the API function is applied to VBA programming of this process to realize the parametric design of the basic braking system of the truck.The safety check of the basic braking device designed in parameterized method is performed,combined with the shell function in VB and APDL in ANSYS,the secondary development is conducted.Write the APDL command flow of every component of the basic braking device,and perform VB calls on the parameters involved,call the command stream file through the Shell function,carry out the finite element analysis.Finally,the strength check of the basic braking device is realized and the safety of the design is verified.The modular design of the parameterized system of the basic braking device of the trucks is carried out.According to the design requirements,the system is divided into four parts:parameter calculation module,parameterized design module,parameter verification module and integrated interface module.Through the analysis and research of every module,a modular design system for all parts of the basic braking device from three-dimensional design to safety check is realized.
