| With the continuous adjustment of industrial structure,vigorously promote national and local policies,creative industry has become the economic and cultural products of the post-industrial society.The rapid development of the reconstruction of the old city,the urban revival and the transformation of industrial sites,among other things,are directly led to the rise and development of creative blocks.As a common carrier of material culture and non-material culture,urban creative blocks not only carry the development of cultural and creative industries,but also symbol of urban character and brand,reflect the growing desire for a better life and high quality of life.Excellent creative blocks can effectively enhance the competitiveness of cities and regions,improve the environment for the survival and development of cultural industries.However,due to the differences in resources and environment,target orientation and functional format,different creative blocks also have many differences in culture,space and tourism value.If in the process of development of regional culture and the overall lack of grasp,and pay too much attention to the formal superficial packaging,convergence of development ideas and spatial arrangements may lead to the homogenization of the creative blocks into thousands of streets,lack of competitiveness and even loss of space vitality.This article aims to make a compare and analysis of the case studies,summarize the influencing factors of the spatial vitality of urban creative blocks,and put forward the creative vitality promotion strategy based on the culture,space,format and behavior,so as to enhance the quality of creative block space,promote the district and the surrounding economic development,inherit the regional culture.Firstly,explore the motivation of the development of creative blocks by analyzing the conception of creative industry and the block definition.Secondly,analyze the diverse values of blocks in culture,aesthetics,economy,tourism,society and the spatial vitality.Comprehensive use of research,observation and comparative analysis of qualitative and quantitative research methods,selection of three sample cases for horizontal and vertical analysis,and explore the factors influencing the spatial vitality of creative blocks under multiple values.Finally,put forward the space vitality of creative blocks promotion strategy from different perspective of value,and enrich the research content of city creative blocks.This dissertation adopts the combination of theory and practice to quantitatively grasp the crowd’s perception and performance of the creative blocks space.Combined with user behavior characteristics of quantitative analysis for spatial node vitality,has a guiding significance for scientific research in related fields and practical and far-reaching significance. |
