With the continuous improvement of industrial production and people's living standards,the power industry is not only faced with the problem of rapidly increasing the demand for electric power,but also the higher power quality,the sustainability and reliability of power supply proposed by the users.In the past,the power industry in our country leaned more funds and attention in power generation and transmission fields,and the distribution system development was relatively weak.In this national situation,users can directly feel the power distribution system due to lack of capacity due to various blackouts.At this stage,China began to gradually strengthen and speed up the construction of distribution system.In this paper,reliability-centered decision-making of power distribution equipment maintenance is studied,and an example is given to analyze the distribution network in the city of Dalat Banner.The effectiveness of the theory is obtained.Based on introduction and elaboration of the background and significance of power system reliability research and the research status of reliability both at home and abroad,the following research is carried out on the basis of reliability-centered maintenance concept:1.The reliability theory in the power system is described in more detail,mainly on the classification of power system reliability,reliability of power distribution system indicators(including: load point reliability and system reliability indicators)definition and Method,evaluation method of reliability in the process of distribution system operation and the formula to calculate reliability,which will lay the theoretical foundation for the reliability study of distribution network in Dalate Banner.2.Describe the status quo of the distribution network in the city of Da Latte and give an overall view of the distribution network.Sort out the causes of the accidents in the distribution network in the region from 2011 to 2014 in the area,and The distribution network in 2010-2014 accident line,the number of power outages and the probability of failure of each load point summary and analysis,to design a reliability-centered equipment maintenance program,and the program is more detailed Narrative3.Based on the fault data of the 20 kV distribution network in Dalate Banner City,combined with the maintenance scheme adopted by Da Latteqi distribution network as an example,reliability-centered maintenance planning Through the comparison of the two schemes,the reliability-centered optimal equipment maintenance scheme is obtained,which makes the problem of the maintenance scheme selection solved in the actual operation of the distribution network in Dalate Banner City to a certain extent.
