| As an extensive production and consumption process,carried out in the natural and social environment,the engineering construction project has some characters such as long cycle,large investment,complex internal structure,extensive external relationship,and so on.Therefore,based on the LPS 2 x 330 MW cogeneration project,the research and application of the theories and methods of project management can provide the corresponding reference and guidance for the following improvement of the project and the construction of some similar projects,so as to effectively improve the construction efficiency and guarantee the safety.This paper introduced the basic theory of project management,summarized the basic content and theoretical structure of project management,and emphatically studied and analyzed some related technologies and methods,such as schedule planning,duration optimization and safety control in the process of project construction.Based on the above researches,taking the construction of LPS 2 x 330 MW cogeneration project as the research object,the following tasks have been completed:(1)Taking the desulphurizing subproject as an example,the structure decomposition of the task,the determination of the construction sequence and the estimation of each sub-item’s duration have been completed.Based on this,the project’s preliminary schedule has been compiled and the network schedule diagram has been drawn.(2)Based on the optimization principle of the network plan duration with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),we studied the duration optimization by using the hierarchical structure model.In all the factors that may affect the time limit,the three most influential factors,such as resources,risk and cost,were selected to construct the weight matrix of the optimization period.Based on the three factors,the optimization coefficients of some key operations were calculated,and the duration optimization of the subproject were done.The optimization result showed its better effect on reducing the risk caused by the duration shortening and the increasing of the resource margin,in comparison with the traditional optimization result based on cost.(3)In the safety control,taking lifting operation as an example,based on the decomposition of all the hazard sources,the importance of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the operational condition hazard assessment(LEC)method were used to complete the sorting of all the hazard sources.Based on this,the corresponding control measures were put forward for the three most dangerous sources,which ensured the safe construction of the project. |
