| In recent years,our country’s state-owned enterprises are to increase the level of the strategic adjustment in order to achieve the real restructuring of country’s state-owned enterprises.Under the guidance of the "advance and retreat,doing certain things and refraining from doing other things" policy,some state-owned enterprises are divorced gradually from the planned economy system,and take part in the fierce market competition through mergers,joint,restructuring between enterprises,leasing,contracting,and take stock or stock cooperative system and other methods.At the same time,we must clearly recognize that there is a big gap between the state-owned enterprises and the modern enterprises in the organization design.This paper focuses on the reform of state-owned enterprise organizational structure,summarizes the theory change the organizational structure of enterprises at home and abroad,and then probe into the enterprise system,the internal and external environment,organizational development motivation,development mode and so on four aspects,and analyze problems of the current organizational structure reform in our country,descript generally the basic conditions of characteristics enterprises,and analyze the characteristics and the enterprise industry and enterprises development;secondly,analyze the status case of the enterprise organization structure,and analyze the problem on characteristics of the enterprises organization structure and matching degree with enterprises;Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the development of the organizational structure suitable for the case enterprise.According to the case study,the paper summarizes the common phenomenon and its influence factors for the matching of enterprise organization structure and enterprise development stage,analysis methods and ways to build up the organizational structure for their own characteristics and development,provide effective reference for enterprises to establish effective and suitable organization management mechanism... |
