From the end of 2012,affected by the downturn in the world economy and the downward pressure on the domestic economy,China's coal industry accelerated decline in operation,which has brought enormous difficulties for businesses on the coal industry chain.Shaanxi Guangtong transportation development Co.,LTD.,which mainly engaged in road coal transportation,is experiencing the depth adjustment of industrial market,and meanwhile,it is facing great changes in the mode innovation and competition of China's logistics industry.Above all of these cause these problems such as the decline in freight rates,longer period of payment,increase in cost and decline in profits.Therefore,in the current period,it is imperative to enhance the company's competitiveness and promote the transformation and upgrading of the company.First of all,the paper summarizes the relevant theories of competitiveness,which provides theoretical support to enhance the competitiveness strategy for Shaanxi Guangtong transportation development Co.,LTD..Secondly,the paper discusses and quantitative analyzes the basic situation,business management mode and accounting method of the company.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the competition of the company based on SWOT analysis and Potter five force model analysis,and then puts forward the strategy of low cost and differentiation to enhance the competitiveness of the company.Finally,the paper make an evaluation from the aspects of cost,efficiency,information technology,service capabilities,supply chain services,vehicle resources,professional team,security measures,financial support,emergency support,etc.Then the paper concludes that the competitiveness of the company is further enhanced from cost,efficiency,value-added service and resource integration by using the theory of competitiveness and combining with the present situation of the company,The first aspect is cost control,which mainly starts from the optimized organization way,that is,using financing lease to operate vehicles to lighten the burden of the company and increase the liquidity of the operation fund,using group-buying cars to reduce costs,obtaining input deductions to the greatest extent,etc.The second aspect of improving operation efficiency of company with information technology discusses the background and objectives of the company's information technology,construction planning model,and statistical operation effect,etc.The third aspect is the construction of logistics ecosphere to extend the value-added space.This paper introduces the concept,construction method and operation implementation of logistics ecosphere,and gives the value-added space for the company,etc.The fourth aspect is the integration of supply chain to improve the integration ability of company resources.It introduces the mode and content of coal supply chain integration from concept and trend,and constructs the resource integration ability of coal supply chain.This paper not only provides a basis for enhancing the competitiveness of Shaanxi Guangtong transportation development Co.,LTD.,but also provides a reference for the transformation and upgrading of other commodities transportation enterprises.
