Power distribution system as an important part of the power system,in the event of equipment failure or scheduled maintenance,the power supplied directly to the users will be affected,so the reliability of power distribution system can directly reflect the power system operating conditions directly,its safe and stable operation is directly related to the user's power consumption and its reliability.The technology of big data processing of distribution system,detailed evaluation of operation status of distribution network equipment and decision support mechanism of equipment operation status maintenance are closely related to the reliability of distribution system,and its research will help to improve the existing technology level of grid and contribute to Improve the level of enterprise management,has important theoretical value and engineering practice.In order to achieve the reliability recovery of its incomplete data object in the operating big data of the distribution network equipment,this paper proposes a data restoration technique based on the genetic nearest neighbor clustering for vector data restoration,which is suitable for running big data in distribution network equipment.It is easy to fill and repair incomplete distribution network Device operation data object.For the problem of how to accurately assess the operating status of distribution equipment based on the parameters obtained,a model and method for the refinement of an operation of distribution network equipment based on big data analysis are put forward.Considering the use of equipment testing data to make an immediate and accurate comprehensive evaluation of the current state of equipment,and based on the results of the evaluation,Out of the corresponding maintenance decisions.This method not only can effectively eliminate the interference of subjective factors,but also can use the artificial intelligence technology to study historical data,train more accurate models,and propose more accurate conclusion of the objective evaluation rules.Finally,based on the above-mentioned theoretical analysis and technical research results of multi-source distribution network equipment operation big data data processing,distribution network equipment refinement evaluation and distribution network equipment operation decision support mechanism,put forward a deep analysis of distribution network equipment operation big data System function structure and overall framework design,realize the deep analysis of distribution network equipment operation big data and the auxiliary decision support of distribution network equipment maintenance.Therefore,it provides reliable theoretical support for the safe operation of the distribution network,and also provides ideas and methods for the development and implementation of the big data in-depth analysis system for distribution equipment operation in the future.
