The dual pressures of energy crisis and environmental pollution have forced many countries to shift their energy production and consumption patterns toward to clean energy.Renewable energy will play an important role in the future energy system.As a new form of renewable energy power generation,concentrated solar power technology almost produces no carbon emissions,has the good multi-energy complementary benefit and provides the stable power output.So this technology is highly valued by our country.At present,the first concentrated solar power demonstration projects have been carried out in China,and a large number of projects will be built in the future.So project site selection has become one of the urgent research topics in the field of concentrated solar power.This paper studies the site selection decision of concentrated solar power projects from the perspective of sustainability,making sure the selected project with balanced economic,environmental and social performances and reducing the investment risk of the project,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the whole industry.This paper firstly carries out a detailed literature review and analyzes the current research status of concentrated solar power projects and sustainable development,in order to provide theoretical support for this research.On this basis,this paper analyzes general influence factors and sustainable influence factors of concentrated solar power project site selection,and establishes the site selection index system based on the identified factors.Then,this paper builds a site selection decision model for concentrated solar power projects,where the decision information is described by three kinds of data types including crisp numbers,interval numbers and linguistic variables.In this model,the subjective and objective weights of indicators are calculated by the intuitionistic fuzzy DEMATEL method and the hybrid information entropy respectively,and the final combined weights are determined by the linear weighting method.Besides,an extended hybrid-attribute TODIM method is used to rank alternative sites,providing a reliable foundation for site selection of concentrated solar power projects.Finally,the proposed model is verified using a case study in Inner Mongolia,and a sustainable scenario analysis and a sensitivity analysis are processed to testify the robustness of decision results.The analysis results demonstrate that the decision model built in this paper is feasible,and sustainable factors and decision maker's(DM's)psychological behavior can affect the selection decision.This paper develops innovation theory and research methods from several areas.Firstly,a systematic index system of concentrated solar power project site selection is established from the perspective of sustainability to provide a scientific and reasonable basis for the assessment of alternative sites.Secondly,the weights of indicators are determined by the more scientific combined weighting method,which combines the intuitionistic fuzzy DEMATEL method,the entropy weighing method and the linear weighting method.This hybrid method not only considers experts' opinions,but also makes full use of the of decision-making information,thereby obtaining the more reasonable combined weight.Finally,considering the influence of DM's psychological behavior on the selection decision,this paper uses the TODIM method to rank alternative sites,and extends it to the hybrid-attribute decision environment in order to better adapt to the actual oncentrated solar power project site selection decision.
