Study On Surge And Dynamic Simulation Of Centrifugal Chiller In Ground Source Heat Pump

The ground source heat pump system has been popularized in HVAC industry at home and abroad because of its advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and no pollution to the environment.In the ground source heat pump air conditioning system,centrifugal chiller is the core in the whole system,and the centrifugal compressor is the key components of the unit,in the course of its operation,there will be inevitable surge,the surge phenomenon of unit caused great vibration,noise and turbulence,abnormal pressure,even the explosion accident emergency,the safety of people’s life.Therefore,the design of reliable compressor surge controller is of great importance for the safety,stability,energy saving,environmental protection,and life safety of the refrigerating unit.This paper combined with the building information model(BIM)to complete the pipeline,the ground source heat pump system in computer 3D modeling of centrifugal chillers and other key parts,describes the basic principle of centrifugal compressor,centrifugal compressor anti surge control development,design points and analyzed the cause,compressor surge of anti surge control system well,the centrifugal compressor anti surge control method commonly used.Then,the control scheme of centrifugal compressor based on fuzzy control theory is put forward instead of the traditional PID control scheme.This paper introduces the design of centrifugal compressor anti surge controller based on fuzzy control,deviation and deviation change rate for the entrance of two input parameters,design a two-dimensional fuzzy controller for fuzzy control rules,and based on the fixed limit flow,the entrance flow by adjusting the compressor return valve opening way to change the compressor,the fuzzy control model of centrifugal chiller.Finally,MATLAB Simulink and Fuzzy controller simulation environment based on simulation output effect on the design of fuzzy controller,the fuzzy controller is designed to verify the basic meet control requirements,through the analysis of simulation results,find out the factors influencing the effect of anti surge fuzzy controller of centrifugal chillers,opens up a new way for centrifugal cold water the unit of anti surge measures.The fuzzy controller comprehensively considers the possible factors in the compressor operation,makes the energy effectively utilized,improves the anti surge quality of the centrifugal chiller,and ensures the safe operation of the whole ground source heat pump system.
