Research On Quality Performance Evaluation Of Construction Unit Of Passenger Special Line Project

The construction unit is the direct embodiment of the passenger special line project and the responsibility undertaker,which has a direct and significant influence on the quality performance level of the project in the process of passenger special line construction.Therefore,it is very important to study the quality performance of passenger special line projects from the perspective of construction units.Over the past few years,the construction unit has made continuous progress in the construction of passenger special line,and achieved standardized management methods step by step.But at present the quality of the construction unit has not yet formed systematic performance evaluation model,evaluation index system of lack of scientific evaluation method is lack of normative.This paper selects several typical passenger special line project management maturity models of CMM,KPM3 and OPM3.Through the comparison and analysis of these models,the maturity level is improved on the basis of OPM3 model.Combining the qualitative method of measuring the key process areas and the quantitative method of determining the index system,the high quality maturity model of passenger special line project is developed.And the maturity model is used to evaluate the quality refinement management level of the construction party.In addition,the essay takes the Cheng Pu passenger special line for example and put forward suggestions for rectification when using the model.Study found that,with the aid of quality refinement management maturity evaluation model of project management maturity level is evaluated and eventually find problems in the implementation of the passenger special line project and realize the sustainable development of construction has important research significance.
