With the promotion of port status,port logistics plays an irreplaceable role in port trade,relying on port advantages.In order to build its own port logistics,the logistics development of coastal port group is unbalanced,and the port around Bohai Sea is one of them.On the one hand,the development of port logistics around the Bohai Sea is limited by port resources,and there is often competition between ports;on the other hand,problems such as unclear positioning and repeated construction appear in port construction,which hinders the development of port logistics around the Bohai Sea.Only by clarifying the competitive advantage between the ports can we promote the good development of the port logistics around the Bohai Sea.At the same time,how to build the logistics and how to evaluate the logistics competitiveness around the Bohai Sea,there is still a certain risk exposure,so it is particularly important to study the level of logistics competitiveness around the Bohai Sea port.This study sorted out the relevant literature of port logistics,port logistics competitiveness,material element analysis and topology,Induction and summarize previous studies;preliminarily determine the evaluation index according to the principle of index selection,screen the evaluation index by factor analysis method,and build the evaluation index system of logistics competitiveness of the Bohai Port;The material element extension evaluation model is constructed according to the material element extension method,Two improvements to the model: First,the classical domain and the element matrix to be evaluated,Using the calculated distance instead of the correlation function,Second,the introduction of the principle of asymmetric closeness to replace the principle of maximum membership;The evaluation index empowerment method is determined,The subjective empowerment adopts the weight factor judgment method,Objective empowerment adopts the entropy method,Ideal point method for comprehensive empowerment;Finally,the evaluation model has evaluated the logistics competitiveness of 700 million-ton ports around the Bohai Rim,Get 7 port logistics competitiveness evaluation rating,And analyze the competition of the logistics competitiveness of each port.Main research results: the logistics competitiveness of Qingdao Port and Tianjin Port is level 4 and in the first echelon;the logistics competitiveness of Dalian Port and Yantai Port is level 3,in the second echelon;Rizhao Port and Yingkou Port are level 2 and in the third echelon;Qinhuangdao Port is level 1 and at the bottom.According to the results of the secondary index evaluation,we put forward targeted suggestions on the logistics development of each port,and put forward the port industry,improve the construction of collection and distribution system,the transformation of the port development mode,and improve the port operation and management level.
