The power industry is the supporting industry of the national economy.The safe,stable and efficient power system is the basic guarantee for social development.In recent years,China's power industry scale and technical strength has achieved large-scale development,The UHV transmission,and other technical level touched the world's leading.SGCC has entered a new phase of large-scale construction of UHV AC/DC projects.According to SGCC's plan,while five UHV AC projects and eight UHV DC projects will be built in 2019,in addition,SGCC's UHV projects has entered a new period of rapid development.In the context of large-scale construction,as the special main units of high-voltage construction and management of china,the State Grid Corporation will face many risks and challenges especially the risk of time.To ensure the safe and efficient construction of UHV AC engineering,it is necessary to make relevant judgments and find a scientific and rational management mode.Therefore,it is very necessary to introduce network planning technology for management in the UHV project construction management.In addition,combined with advanced management experience,in the large-scale construction management,the introduction of the progress of the early warning model will also play a very good protection of the project duration.This paper analyzed and summarized the external and internal environment of UHV/AC engineering construction,and made a judgment on the construction environment,analyzed the necessity of continuing large-scale construction of UHV AC engineering.The network planning model is introduced to study the establishment of the UHV AC project and the establishment of the early warning model.The main research contents include the following aspects.Firstly,the SWOT-PEST method is used to analyze the various environments of UHV AC engineering,and the necessity of its construction is demonstrated.Secondly,summed up the risks and challenges what domestic and overseas UHV projects may encounter.Provided reference for future construction.Thirdly,the current construction management mode of the State Grid Corporation is combed,and put forward the optimization strategy of the domestic engineering management model.Fourthly,it explored the evolution of foreign engineering construction management mode,analyzed the situation and tasksof different stages of foreign engineering,and put forward the main operation mechanism of foreign engineering construction.
