A Study On Fine Management Of Garden Construction

With the development of the era,the landscape engineering industry in China is developing rapidly.The landscape engineering industry is developing from the traditional real estate garden and park garden to the ecological restoration and ecological town.In recent years,the country strengthened the city infrastructure construction,proposed the construction of "garden city" slogan,the city landscape environment increase investment,strengthen the city ecological environment,resulting in the single landscape engineering investment scale is bigger than ever.In the face of large-scale landscape engineering projects,many enterprises in the garden project management keep pace with the times,or the construction of the traditional management mode,management concepts backward,extensive management,due to appear in the schedule,quality,cost and construction quality and other aspects of the problem.Based on this,this paper explores the related contents of landscape engineering meticulous management and explores its practical application.(1)summarizes the main contents of landscape construction and landscape construction characteristics,combined with the actual situation of the industry,through the questionnaire survey and analysis of the results of reliability and explore the factors,summed up the landscape engineering construction stage construction management system needs to be improved,the process of construction quality control,engineering supervision should be paid insufficient attention to gradually standardize the lack of supervision of professional garden,etc.;(2)aiming at the problems existing in the current landscape construction,we constructed a fine management system of garden engineering construction based on quality,schedule and cost control,taking into account contract,safety and information management.(3)the fuzzy evaluation method is adopted to construct 3 first grade evaluation indexes and 9 two grade evaluation indexes,and the index weight is obtained by the analytic hierarchy process.(4)fine management is applied to the second section of landscape engineering in Nansha Pearl International Project in Guangzhou,and the feasibility and efficiency of fine management is verified through comparative analysis with the first stage garden project without detailed management.
