Research On Improvement Measures Of Ground Operation Efficiency Of Large Civil Airports

In recent years,flight delays have occurred in different degrees in large civil airports in China.Although a number of factors are involved,the low efficiency of ground operation at some large airports is one of the common reasons.At present,the domestic research on the ground operation efficiency of large airports is basically blank,and carrying out related research is of great value and significance to improve airport flight delays and form effective methods and strategies to enhance airport surface operation efficiency.The paper first establishes and interprets the connotation of the efficiency of the airport ground operation.Secondly,based on the analysis of airport runway capacity,taxiway capacity and apron capacity model,the influencing factors of airport capacity are summarized and the relationship between airport capacity and ground operation efficiency is found.Then the airport ground operation efficiency model is established,and the application method of the model is illustrated by the application of the model in a large civil airport in China.,and the model in a large domestic civil airport applications illustrate the calculation method of the model,according to the results calculated by the model number is conducive to intuitive understanding of the aircraft in the stage of the airport ground when used for analyzing the operation of the airport ground.Third,through the methods of observability analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis,the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model of airport ground operation efficiency are established.The application of evaluation methods for five large civil airports in China is selected.Finally,the paper systematically studies the improvement measures and methods of airport ground operation efficiency,including three aspects,overall layout planning,operation optimization and new technology application.SIMMOD simulation is used to compare the operation data before and after the improvement measures,which proves the effectiveness of the above measures in improving airport ground operation efficiency.
