Because of the dynamic and economic performance of the car,people are paying more and more attention to the comfort of the vehicle,and the direct feeling of the car in the course of driving is the motor pedal,and the comfort of the control pedal directly determines its driving experience.Therefore,the spatial layout of the pedal control device and the dynamic design of the pedal are important to the comfort of the vehicle.During the design and installation of the pedal,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the design of the pedal for the layout of the pedal,the way of installation and the performance of the pedal.It is an effective method to select a reasonable pedal design to provide a scientific basis for the calibration of the new model.The main research work and achievements in this paper are summarized as follows:According to the analysis of the working principle of the control pedal,the main performance indexes of the control pedal are the pedal force and the pedal displacement,and the test function is analyzed.The hardware design and Realization of the vehicle control pedal are carried out.The hardware test scheme of the control pedal is introduced in detail by the selection of the sensor.The present process.The development environment and tools used in testing software programming are introduced,and software testing platform is built.The design of test interface,parameters setting of test channel and visualization of test data are also introduced.The test software provides the user with a simple human-computer interface,data acquisition through data channel and serial port,the application of Visual Studio2010 and SQL serve to build the database.A large number of test collection data Microsoft Excel files are linked with the database,and the model pedal data is stored in the Excel template.Data is directly entered into the database to achieve automatic data storage.The design of road test test for the control pedal of passenger car is designed.First,by selecting typical road conditions to get the typical use data of the typical pedals under the common working conditions,and then select the typical 30 test cars on the market to carry out the real car test in the test field.After the design of the test scheme,the test cars are selected respectively.Pedal position scanning test,pedal static test and trial road trial test.After data test completed by the test,data is analyzed,and data inspection and statistical data processing for 30 test vehicles are carried out,static data are checked and statistical data are processed.Data analysis is carried out for the processed data,and the commonly used range and limit range of the pedal work are obtained,and the recommended design scope is given.In view of the problem that the domestic team pedal parameter design has not yet had a mature evaluation system,based on the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the comprehensive evaluation system of the pedal is set up.The weight of the indexes in each index layer is determined by G1 method,and the test design is carried out on the underlying single index,and the parameters of each index are determined to determine the steam based on the test test method.The overall evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation of the bicycle pedal design.The weight coefficient of the above index layer and the test result of test model test are analyzed,and 8 vehicles are selected for typical analysis and the comparison of each index layer is carried out.The direction of improvement in the process of pedal design is put forward,which provides scientific basis and reference value for the calibration and tread design during the development of the whole vehicle pedal and the position layout process.
