Research On Schedule Management Of Test Equipment Of S Company's Compact Switchgear

As the existing high-tech SF6 gas insulated switchgear are produced by foreign,and then imported into China.Domestic manufacturing enterprises can't master the advanced manufacturing methods.S company introduces the advanced 24KV compact medium voltage switchboard production line of foreign countries,which is bound to be applied to the advanced related management means to better and faster completion of the localization project.As one of the most important projects in project management,progress management has a key role in the effective development of the project.This paper selects company S compact switchgear test equipment project schedule management as the research object,using the earned value method in project management theory as a research tool,to analyze the project schedule management.Localization project test equipment on the basis of the company's research,development and installation and debugging process,uses the method of project time management theory combing analysis of the whole project process,which includes company localization project how to define projects,goals,how to classify each of the component in the localization project activities and sorting,and activity duration estimating,and ultimately to develop in line with the localization project expected project schedule.Secondly,combining the actual characteristics of the project testing equipment,in the project's actual measured continuously using the earned value method in the project schedule and cost,if the project appear deviation,puts forward the problem points to improve the concrete implementation plan,ensure the quality to ensure that the project can deliver complete forecast plan.Finally,combined with the localization of compact tank test equipment project practical problems encountered in the process of practice,cross-referenced with schedule management knowledge,puts forward some Suggestions for improvement on schedule control in line with the project practice,the production line for the enterprise localization project provides theoretical guidance and methods of the operability.
