Research On Contract Risk Management Of SH Company

At the moment,our country’s economic environment is changeable.In order to develop better,small and medium enterprises are trying to improve their own competitiveness.At the same time,the requirements of the company’s contract risk management ability are also increasing.The management of any enterprise can’t be separated from the contract,but for many reasons,most enterprises do not pay enough attention to the contract management,and lack the means to prevent the risk of the contract risk and risk management.This paper expounds the concept,process,function and present situation of the risk management of modern enterprise contract,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of enterprise contract risk management,and the management of enterprise risk contract is a subject that all enterprises must study seriously.In this paper,the actual case of SH company is analyzed.Through the diagnosis of the present situation of the company’s contract risk management,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the contract risk management.Using the methods of literature research,comparative study,empirical research,qualitative analysis,this paper mainly studies the risk management of SH company contract from five parts: firstly,it expounds the background,research significance,research methods,research internal capacity and research framework of the paper,and at the same time to the country.The research status of contract risk management at home and abroad is summarized.Secondly,the theory and process of contract risk management and the value of preventing contract risk are expounded,and the theoretical foundation for further study of contract risk is laid.Thirdly,the present situation of SH company contract risk management is studied and the existing problems of SH company are investigated.According to the specific examples and data of the company,this paper analyzes the problems and finds the causes of the risk.Fourthly,through the investigation and expert interview,the four major risk factors are identified,and the importance of the risk factors is divided by questionnaire survey,and the contract risk management system is designed and constructed.Fifthly,in view of the weakness of SH company in contract risk management,suggestions are made for improving the efficiency of the business process,improving the clarity of the system,strengthening the legal consciousness of the person in charge and the integrity of the function of the contract management department.
