As one of the core parts of vibratory roller,vibration wheel is both a working wheel and a walking wheel.In the field of engineering machinery,vibratory roller is widespread application,the different type of vibration of vibrating roller steel wheel structure and material have great similarity,this also for the vibration of the steel wheel parameterized design provides convenient,the vibration of the steel wheel parameterized design and shorten the design of the steel wheel vibration development cycle,improve design personnel's work efficiency.Therefore,it is important to study the key technology of vibration steel wheel parameterized design and improve the design quality of vibrating steel wheel.This article deeply studies the vibration of the steel wheel parameterized design of the key techniques and implementation methods,and based on Pro/Engineer software powerful parametric design,with VS2005 development platform,the secondary development of Pro/Engineer4.0 interface Pro/Toolkit for development tools,steel wheel vibration parametric design system is established.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduced the CAD and Pro/Engineer basic knowledge and of the secondary development of Pro/Engineer the key technology of secondary development,including:several secondary development methods and tools,Pro/Toolkit with VS2005 user interface,menus,and question dialog design technology,etc.,to provide technical support for the secondary development.(2)Analyze the main factors affecting the compaction performance of the vibratory roller from the angles of structural parameters,quality parameters and vibration parameters.According to the quality requirements of the vibrating steel wheel,the key technical parameters of the vibration steel wheel parameterization are determined to lay the foundation for the parametric modeling of the vibration steel wheel,and to refine the design elements and to drive the relationship.(3)The use of the secondary development of Pro/Engineer 4.0 tool Pro/Toolkit and Visual Studio 2005 for secondary development,and design a friendly interface of man-machine interactive interface,the vibration of the steel wheel parametric design system is developed,using size drive technology and virtual assembly technology,to realize the automatic generation of the steel wheel vibration.(4)In ANSYS for im parameters into the vibration of the steel wheel welding stress finite element analysis,from the whole parts temperature field model of the temperature variation,from the welding stress field simulation of welding stress nephogram anddeformation distribution nephogram.It is found that the welding stress and deformation can be reduced effectively by adding the stress relief groove structure to the web.Development in this paper the vibration of the steel wheel parameterized design system friendly man-machine interface,convenient operation,effectively improve the efficiency of the vibration of the steel wheel design,reduce the workload of the designers,has certain practical value and development prospects.
