The state grid proposed to build a " unified strong smart grid",substation is an important part of the strong smart grid.Compared with conventional substation,intelligent substation has great changes in function realization and debugging methods,which brings new challenges to secondary maintenance personnel.Dalian is also speeding up the pace of intelligent substation construction,it can be predicted that in the future of the new operation of the substation,intelligent station will account for the vast majority.Therefore,it is urgent to discuss and analyze the design and debugging methods of intelligent substation based on engineering experience.With the secondary design of Dalian Yuhua 220 kV substation,this paper first introduces the system structure of intelligent station design,based on that,it designs the general structure and protection configuration of the secondary system.As to the design of single unit,separated from the optical fiber communication features,it introduces the information stream of intelligent substation.And as to the debug link of the secondary system maintenance,the papers separately introduces the specific debug methods of every devices,especially focusing on monomer debugging and the subsystem test.Moreover,this paper analyzes and summarizes the different debugging features of the intelligent substation,so as to provide reference for the future maintenance and commissioning.Repair mechanism is the importance to arrange the security prevention.Its thorough comprehension and application contribute to the future repair and maintenance.Through analyzing the specific repair mechanism,the paper summarizes the typical safety measures of the power interval outage.Because of the changes of the protection function implementation,there are differences between the intelligent station and general station in troubleshooting.By introducing a typical case of the intelligent station,this paper aims to provide reference for future accident-handing methods.Instead of the conventional station cable connection,the intelligent station uses optical fiber communication.The virtual terminal instead of the actual terminal realize the logical connection of protection function between devices.The secondary loop becomes invisible,it brings inconvenience to the secondary personnel to find the loop.Therefore,this paper discusses the fast display method of optical fiber virtual terminal based on two-dimensional code,and develops the field application software.It can be use for displaying that virtual terminal of the optical fiber,and also find the data of relevant devices quickly,thereby improving the working efficiency of field personnel.
