In recent years,the automobile industry has developed rapidly in China.It is inevitable that the car is widely used in the family.This also means that more and more automobiles has entered its end of life.So we have to do a good job in the car recycling.And disassembly is the precondition of product recycling and reusing,this paper takes the core parts of the automobile —gearbox as the research object,putting forward the optimal disassembly sequence and disassembly process of the gearbox.The disassembly model of the gearbox must be established before the dismantling planning,so the product disassembly modeling method was studied.Combining with the graph theory and the matrix theory,the product was divided into various components according to the product structure diagram,the connection relationship between the components was obtained through the hybrid graph.As for each component,the relationship between parts was expressed by the disassembly priority relationship matrix.Next,using Pro E to draw a three-dimensional model of a manual transmission to get the relationship between the parts,the disassembly direction,removal tools and other information.Finally the overall disassembly model of the gearbox was established.An improved ACO_PSO hybrid algorithm which was based on the fusion of an adaptive ant colony algorithm and a particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed to solve disassembly sequence planning.Compared the new algorithm with the basic ant colony algorithm and the ant colony and genetic hybrid algorithm,the effectiveness of the improved ACO_PSO hybrid algorithm was proved.Using Matlab programming to disassemble the subassembly of the gearbox---case and its components,optimize the disassembly sequence with the goal of the shortest disassembly time,and combine the disassembly sequence of the subassembly to obtain the overall disassembly sequence.Finally,the disassembly process flow of the gearbox was proposed.Adopted a composite layout of the production line to design the process flow of the gearbox disassembly line.A special fixture was designed for the disassembly of the gearbox,which facilitated its transportation and four side rotation disassembly,improved the dismantling efficiency.
