The phenomenon of road icing often occurs in the northern part of China.The ice layer will reduce the friction coefficient of the road surface,and it is difficult to remove from the road surface,which will seriously affect the traffic safety.A lot of research has been done at home and abroad,and a variety of functional pavement used for road surface deicing is put forward.On the basis of the above research,this paper uses polyurethane adhesive,stone material and rubber particles as raw materials and obtains a new road material with certain mix design and molding method.The material has good elastic properties,under the action of vehicle load,large deformation occurs in the pavement,so as to achieve the purpose of clearing ice.In view of the characteristics of polyurethane elastic material,this paper puts forward the performance requirements to meet the requirements of this material,and selects suitable raw materials according to the requirements.The effect of rubber particles size on the strength and water stability of mixture is studied,and the particle size of rubber particles is determined.In this paper,through the mix design of polyurethane elastic material,the suitable stone gradation and rubber particle mixing method are selected.Choose the cantabro loss rate and splitting strength as the mix design control index.The effects of different amount of glue and rubber particles on the properties of the mixture are analyzed.The method for determining the optimum glue consumption of polyurethane elastomers is also presented.By studying the forming method of mixture,the best mixing temperature,mixing time and compaction mode are determined.The curing process of the mixture is studied,and the influence of curing temperature and time on the strength of the mixture is also studied.Through the test of road performance of polyurethane elastic material,the effects of rubber particle dosage and glue amount on the anti-rutting performance,water stability,bending,fatigue and skid resistance of the mixture are analyzed.The experimental results show that the road performance of the mixture is good under the condition of higher glue dosage and suitable rubber particle dosage.In order to study the deicing mechanism and deicing effect of polyurethane elastomers,ABAQUS finite element software is used for simulation.The stress response of the surface ice layer of the polyurethane elastic material under loading,and the influence of the elastic layer thickness,the elastic layer modulus and the thickness of the ice layer on the stress response of the ice layer are analyzed.The deicing effect of the polyurethane elastic material is verified by indoor test.
