Research On High Completion Degree And Design Control Of Urban Public Buildings

There are many urban buildings in China,which are not in accord with the original design and the demand of the owners,and demonstrate the poor result of construction,especially the urban public buildings.This paper defines such phenomena as the issue of the high completion degree of urban public buildings.It is found,during the study of related phenomena,that the following problems existed in both theory and practice: First,the evaluation system in terms of the high completion degree of urban public buildings is not sound.Second,there is a lack of effective design control for the high completion degree of urban public buildings.Started with the theory,this paper first refines the definition "The high completion degree of buildings(hereinafter called “completion”)" to clarify the“completion” should consider the demand of both human and the environment as the basis,and to conclude the basic goal of the “completion” is the fusion of ideas and objects,the quality elevation,the value for money,the environment coordination and the benefit balance.Then,it selects unban public buildings as the research object,and establishes the evaluation system of “completion” preliminarily through the analysis of related influence factors.In the end,based on the system theory,cybernetics and the Hard System Methodology,this paper proposes the design control strategy and measures of the high completion degree of urban public buildings.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,starting from the background of urban development research,analysing the necessity of topic selection,summarizing the research status of related problems,and clarifying the significance of the study.The second chapter is the theory part,which clarified the definition of the high completion degree of the building,analysed the supporting theory behind the city public building,the high completion degree and the design control,and discussed the logical connection among the three.The third chapter analyses five influence factors for the high completion degree of urban public buildings,including policy,environment,people,methods,materials and equipment,and the logical relationship thereamong which provides the basis for establishing theevaluation system in the following chapters.The fourth chapter is the evaluation Index system of the high completion degree of urban public buildings,which starts an in-depth discussion regarding the index system through the Expert Meeting,Questionnaire survey.Then it preliminary establishes the Evaluation Index system via the analytic hierarchy process theory,and uses the mathematical statistics to analyse the examples so as to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation system.The fifth chapter is the design control strategy of the high completion degree of the urban public building.This chapter will return back to the design and construction process,with using system theory,cybernetics,and the Hard System Methodology.It proposes design control strategy and measures through a clear elaboration in terms of principles,characteristics,and the classification of design control in high completion degree of urban public buildings.Finally,there demonstrates a summary of the full text on the basis of the first five chapters,emphasizing the profound theoretical and practical significance of high completion degree of urban public buildings and design control research.
