China is a country with “more coal,less oil,and lack of gas”.Using coal-to-diesel(abbreviation: F-T coal-to-oil)to replace petrochemical diesel has become the research direction.The research work of this dissertation is based on Shenhua Group's coal-to-diesel application project.Beiben V3-ND3310D44J7 heavy-duty truck developed and produced by Beiben Heavy-duty Truck Group Co.,Ltd.is the research object,and its performance of using No.0 diesel oil and FT coal-based oil is studied.The basic research work was carried out on the optimization and matching of power transmission systems.The simulation software AVL Cruise was used to make a comparative study on the simulation results of the Beiben V3-ND3310D44J7 heavy-duty truck when using No.0diesel oil and F-T coal oil respectively,and the optimization of the power transmission system was analyzed in detail.1)Based on a thorough and detailed reading and research of relevant data,the evaluation method for heavy truck performance was determined,which laid a good theoretical foundation for the study.2)The paper adopts the single factor theory and adjusts the engine's fuel injection pump when Baotou Bei Ben Heavy-Duty Truck Group Co.,Ltd.collects all engine characteristic data.The circulating fuel supply when the engine uses F-T coal oil is increased,so that the rotational speed and torque when the engine uses 0# diesel oil and F-T coal oil are the same.Based on this,a comparative analysis of the fuel economy of the Beiben V3-ND3310D44J7 heavy-duty truck with two types of oil products was realized.Based on the Excel spreadsheet data of the Weichai WP10-336 engine of the Beiben V3heavy-duty truck,the 3D map of the engine's unique characteristics was established using the Cruise simulation software,and the engine data and mathematically-defined method data were collated and written.To build the simulation model.The Beiben V3-ND3310D44J7 heavy truck was built to simulate the model.3)Two diesel simulation results for heavy-duty trucks indicate the power performance indicators of the Beiben V3 heavy-duty truck under full load when using two kinds of oil: maximum speed,maximum acceleration of each stage,acceleration time of origin,overtaking acceleration performance,each The climbing performance was consistent with expectations.In terms of fuel economy,it is more economical to use F-T coal to make oil.The fuel economy was the highest at a speed of 20km/h at 5th gear,and the fuel consumption per 100 km was reduced by 3.99L/100 km compared to that of No.0diesel,and the rate of change was-7.94%.Fully prove that F-T coal oil can be used as a low-cost alternative fuel.4)Based on the optimization of the dynamic performance and fuel economy of the Beiben V3 heavy-duty truck,its optimization objectives,optimization routes,optimization variables,and optimization constraints were studied.In this thesis,the DOE test design method was used to simulate and optimize the transmission system parameters of Beiben V3 heavy-duty card,and nine groups of optimization schemes were compared and analyzed.The optimal optimization scheme of scheme 23 was obtained.Through the above research,we can see that F-T coal oil can be used as a low-cost alternative fuel,and can ease the energy crisis in the promotion and application.Cruise-based optimization research of the power transmission system has also achieved the goal of reducing fuel consumption for a hundred kilometers,reducing research and development cycle and expenditure.
