The report of the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main contradictions in China’s current society have been transformed into contradictions between the people’s growing needs for better life and the development of unbalanced development.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the quality requirements and quality of residential projects.The demand for continuous improvement,the quality of residential construction is directly related to the people’s sense of well-being and gain,improve the quality of residential construction,reduce the quality of the disease,it is particularly prominent and important.At present,China’s evaluation of engineering construction quality mainly focuses on the evaluation of entity quality,and the evaluation of management behavior in the process is relatively small.The management level and management behavior of project management team play a key role in the formation of engineering quality.A complete quality evaluation system will help improve the quality evaluation work and promote the improvement of quality management.This thesis analyzes the current domestic and foreign construction quality influencing factors,quality evaluation status,and quality evaluation system research status.It analyzes the factors affecting the construction quality of residential projects from five aspects of human and material law,combined with domestic The quality of the external housing construction quality problems,the preliminary selection of 29evaluation indicators for the quality of residential construction,based on this through the questionnaire survey and expert consultation to screen,and finally identified five primary evaluation indicators and 19 two The grade evaluation index constitutes the construction quality evaluation system of residential engineering.The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights and the relative importance of each evaluation index,and the comprehensive evaluation model of residential construction quality based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established.Through the analysis of the key difficulties of YXY residential project,using the established comprehensive evaluation model,the experts involved in the project management are invited to evaluate the construction quality of the project,and the final evaluation results are consistent with the actual results.The validity and applicability of the evaluation model were verified.Suggestions for improvement of quality control and management of relatively important indicators in the evaluation indicator system,which will provide reference for the subsequent construction quality management and construction quality evaluation of similar residential projects.
