Research On Construction Cost Control Of SD College Teaching Building Project Based On Value Engineering Method

With the reform of education system,China’s higher education is also undergoing great changes,and the expansion of colleges and universities has enabled China to have the largest scale of education in the world.The continuous growth of the number of students has promoted the construction of national colleges and universities,and the scale of colleges and universities has expanded accordingly.Because our country government invests in higher school district construction funds is limited,so we can not meet the needs of expansion of colleges and universities,how to construction project cost control in colleges and universities,colleges and universities is leadership needs to solve the problem.In the expansion project of colleges and universities,cost control plays an important role in the investment scale of the project,the efficiency of capital use of the project and the guarantee of construction quality.Therefore,the management and control of project cost is also an important basis for ensuring the quality and quality of the project.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research background and research status,this paper discusses how to complete the project in the investment budget in accordance with the project management and the project cost management,and avoids the over expenditure caused by the construction of the project,and the construction of the guarantee project can realize the value.This paper first expounds the project cost control,especially the construction cost control of the project.At the same time,it finds out the application method of the value engineering in the cost control in the project construction,and builds the related system of the cost control of the University Extension Project Based on this.Then,taking the implementation of cost control in the construction phase of the new campus teaching building project of SD College as a case,the present situation of project cost control is analyzed,and the existing problems of the cost control in the construction phase of the project are analyzed,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.Use value engineering method to provide clear ideas for project cost control.Finally,combined with the relevant theories of cost control,we constantly improve the practice content,providing some references for other similar projects.
