Research On Multi-party Interaction In Urban Community Governance Of Xiwang Community In Xiamen

In the 1970 s,China began to community renewal,till the 21 st century,more parts participants in community governance,includes government,and market and community residents.However,the focus of community renewal in China is mainly on the improvement of physical environment,and less attention is paid to the initiative of all parties involved in community governance.The application of community governance to community renewal can effectively integrate resources and cultivate the ability of community governance,which has a great effect on alleviating conflicts and contradictions in community renewal.By using the method of sociology from the perspective of multilateral relations community governance,is beneficial to realize the long-term development of the community,at the same time,the government needs to provide a positive policy,for different community,the commencement of the specific steps should choose a different way.In this paper,taking the Xiwang community as an example,discusses the existing relations among every organizations from the angle of community governance,and it pointed out that there are three kinds of relations among these parties:cooperation,division and confict.Through the analysis of existing cases,it is found that the existing relationship pattern can change dynamically.However,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the model of these relationships and the problems among different parities,and from the perspective of non-governmental organization and community,suggestions for optimizing the relationships are put forward.The main research work of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)Theoretical research.Through the research on community renewal and community governance,this paper gives an important perspective and starting point.(2)Subject research.Taking community activities as the starting point and guiding by the theory of community governance,the relationship among non-governmental organizations,the community and residents is revealed through existing cases in the micro perspective,and we can know the benefits of communitygovernance.(3)Research enlightenment.Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and lems among these parties,discusses the inspiration for future community renewal from the perspective of community governance.
