Rresearch On The Design Strategy Of Underground Space Reconstruction In Combination Of Peacetime And Wartime

Along with the high-speed development of economy and society,China,as a big country in development and utilization of civil air defense projects,on the one hand,after more than 60 years of development,has reached a considerable scale on civil air defense engineering projects;on the other hand,does not have enough land for development,which makes the utilization of underground space has become effective way to solve the problem of city land resources shortage.When we do the planning of large-scale,high usage and comprehensive development of urban underground space,we should consider the comprehensive utilization of the peacetime and wartime’s disaster prevention function in advance,which not only can obtain the good social benefits,avoid the repeated investment of special funds.It is more effective in combat readiness for war in current changeable international situation.But at present,our country does not make good utilization of underground space.Especially for the monomer building,there exist the problems of with single function,lack of depth of being serviceable at both peacetime and wartime,practical effect is poor,and protective performance is not enough when disaster strikes.These are all need to study and be solved.This paper is based on the perspective of the combination of peacetime and wartime,put the underground space design strategy transformation into items.According to the existing literature and theory,by the analysis of underground space with the combination of model,type,and the principles,to lay a good foundation for the underground space design strategy.This paper,first briefly illustrates the purpose and significance of the combination of peacetime and wartime reconstruction,introduces current situation and research achievements both in China and abroad.Then it states different serviceable types of underground space’s usage combination and related theories,after which,it clarifies the layout,form,motivation,efficiency,etc.,combining with the existing literature research for modification of underground area utilization.Next,this paper exemplifies different actual situations of underground parking,traffic system,and shopping mall,and puts forward to strategy of using continuously,strengthening mouth,doing more ventilation and so on.In the end,the paper analyzes the combination usage of underground space by using the example of District X.
