Study On The Design Of Civil Air Defense Underground Space In City Peacetime And Wartime

In the new century,with the rapid development of economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization process,the development of science and technology and the improvement of productivity,the dense urban population,the rise of big cities,the congestion of buildings,the gradual "compression" of ground space,the rapid promotion of urban economy and the expansion of development space,we should pay more attention to cities at the same time.Scientific development and utilization of space,and then realize the rational allocation of urban resources.At present,in order to improve the utilization ratio of urban space and expand the living space of residents in developed countries,underground space has been developed and utilized.After recent years' practice and development,a series of industries based on underground space,such as underground buildings,underground railways,underground warehouses and underground commercial streets,have been gradually developed on the market.Form a certain scale,and has a very broad space for development.At the same time,the amount of civil air defense projects in cities is increasing.Civil air defense projects combined with peacetime and wartime are the only way to develop civil air defense in the new era.The combination of civil air defense projects and urban construction is the function and protection requirements of cities,and is also the common experience of advanced urban construction and civil air defense construction in the world.Therefore,under the background of the development of the new era,how to arrange the appropriate civil air defense basement space,how to use scientific and reasonable way to conduct a comprehensive and multi-level analysis of the combination of civil air defense engineering and underground space,and how to construct a comfortable and safe underground space environment are not only the needs of social development,but also one step forward.Stepping up the safety and comfort of civil air defense projects is the primary consideration in the design and application of civil air defense projects.It is a strategic choice.Starting from the basic theory of the emergence and development characteristics of civil air defense,this paper clarifies the development direction of civil air defense by analyzing the development trend of civil air defense at home and abroad.By using scientific and reasonable methods,the development status and future prospects of underground space are elaborated in detail from different levels and angles,and the necessity and feasibility of combining urban peacetime and wartime with civil air defense underground space are discussed.The legal basis for the combination of civil air defense engineering construction and the developmentand utilization of urban underground space and the construction standard of civil air defense basement are also expounded.This paper introduces the basic knowledge classification and classification of civil air defense engineering,and studies the main functional building types of civil air defense engineering as a system.Through case analysis at home and abroad,it forms a basic understanding of civil air defense underground space design of different functional building types,and summarizes the main design characteristics of different functional building types of civil air defense.In addition,the technology research on the peacetime-wartime conversion,ventilation and lighting,the detailed design of the mouth building and environment in combination with civil air defense underground space is carried out.Finally,the underground space of residential areas and urban complex and urban underground street in the current urban construction are deeply analyzed through practice and examples,starting from the functional zoning,engineering fire protection and peacetime-wartime conversion,and through the comparison and induction of pictures and data,the combination of peacetime and wartime is summarized.Principles to be followed in designing different types of buildings.The research results of this paper are helpful to meet the challenges of the new military reform in the world,to fully develop and utilize the urban underground space,to realize the sustainable development of the city,to effectively improve the utilization rate of civil air defense engineering construction,to enhance the overall protection function of the city,and to effectively integrate the civil air defense engineering construction with the development and utilization of urban underground space.It is of great practical significance and practical value to combine the advantages and disadvantages,complement each other,and develop together,thus providing valuable suggestions for the design of the combination of peacetime and wartime,and promoting the sustainable development of the national economy.In addition,it is hoped that through this study,more peers and scholars will be able to participate in the field of research.
