Along with the new concept of "low-carbon,environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction" is deeply rooted,reducing vehicle energy consumption and improving fuel economy of the vehicle is particularly important.This paper takes a FF car as the research object,and separately from the vehicle and component,the automobile test method of energy consumption is studied under the condition of NEDC.On the one hand,the carbon-balance method is used to obtain fuel consumption per hundred kilometers by testing the car exhaust gas under various working conditions,and the fuel efficiency and fuel consumption were calculated under the various condition.On the other hand,the specific NEDC working point is selected,and on the vehicle resistance test bench,the power loss of each component is obtained by the gradual dismantling.The two ways indicate the direction to reduce the vehicle internal loss and improve the fuel efficiency.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The decomposition and simulation of vehicle fuel consumption under the condition of NEDC.The vehicle fuel consumption test method under NEDC cycle is introduced,and the NEDC cycle is decomposed into acceleration,deceleration,constant and idle condition.Exhaust emissions of vehicle under various conditions is tested bymeans of the carbon balance method to calculate the fuel consumption under various conditions.The driving resistance on actual road is simulated on chassis dynamometer,and the driving resistance doing work is calculated.According to the ratio of the running resistance doing work of different conditions and the release energy of fuel combustion,the vehicle fuel efficiency and fuel consumption are obtained.Based on Avl Cruise,the simulation model of vehicle fuel consumption was established to obtain the fuel consumption of each cycle.The results are compared with the experimental results,which verified the reliability of the test results.(2)Test and analysis of the resistance of the whole vehicle under NEDC.On the specific NEDC working point,the resistance torque of each component by the gradual dismantling is tested to calculate the power loss.The reasons for the power loss of each component are analyzed,and the proportion of the energy dissipation of self-resistance on the total energy consumption is calculated.(3)Comprehensive evaluation and optimization of vehicle fuel economy.Benchmarking vehicle is introduced.Through comparative analysis of the fuel consumption,fuel utilization rate and the energy consumption of components,between the benchmarking vehicle and test vehicle,the gap between the two is found to evaluate the fuel economy level of the test vehicle.There are many factors that affect vehicle fuel economy level,and the test car and benchmarking car for lubricating and bearing are investigated to formulate the optimization scheme of the test vehicle in this paper.The results show that the selection of the smaller friction torque bearing and the lower viscosity lubricant can effectively reduce vehicle fuel consumption,improve fuel economy level.
