Research On The Effects Of Team Support And Construction Process Quality Performance

In today's increasingly fierce competition,quality has become the foundation for construction enterprises to survive and develop.The process is the foundation of building,so it is an important means to improve the quality of project from the process level.As the main way of labor management of the project,the team is the direct perpetrators of construction process,and the quality management of the team is an important part of the construction engineering quality management.Therefore,from the angle of the team,this paper analyzes the mechanism between the team and the construction process quality,and build the influence model between the team support and the construction process quality performance.This paper analyzes the construction process quality problems and reasons,and the current situation of team management in detail through the literature research and questionnaire survey,and summarizes the behavior characteristics of construction workers.Then,after defining the research scope,this paper define the concept of construction process quality performance,team support,construction worker quality behavior,construction worker quality attitude and quality construction worker self-efficacy,and dig the influence mechanism between team support and construction process quality performance deeply to put forward the the conceptual model,based on the studying of the quality theory,organizational support theory,psychology of quality,the theory of planned behavior and the existing literature.Next,the latent variables measurement scale is prepared by the literature research and the expert interview,and the questionnaire which is compiled based on the latent variables measurement scale is used to collect data.Finally,this paper test the reliability and validity of the measure scale,and inspect and amend the conceptual model between team support and construction process quality performance by the structural equation.Based on the analysis of the results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)construction worker quality behavior has a direct positive effect on the process quality performance;(2)The team support has a direct positive influence on construction worker quality behavior,and influences construction worker quality behavior through the construction worker quality attitude and quality self-efficacy.(3)construction worker quality attitude and quality self-efficacy have a direct positive effect on their quality behavior.Through the research conclusion,we know that strengthening the team management to enhance the level of team support can not only improve construction worker quality behavior directly,but also can promote the level of construction worker quality behavior though improving construction worker quality attitude and quality self-efficacy,at last promote the construction process quality performance.
