Zero-energy consumption building is the future trend of construction industry development,and many foreign countries have carried out related construction and research.Although there are only few cases of Zero-energy consumption building projects,the implementation has already been put on the agenda.From the three aspects of basic concept,engineering design practice and simulation of analysis and calculation,this paper studies the strategies and methods of zero-energy consumption building,and would like to render a contribution to the implementation of zero-energy consumption building in China.Through analysis and research of the natural climate condition in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi,the comparison in energy-saving characteristics between traditional architecture and zero-energy consumption building,and scientific utilization of renewable energy combined with the energy analysis software to simulate and calculate building energy consumption,this paper discusses the practical application and implementation measures of zero-energy buildings in cold regions.The energy consumption of construction in this paper only includes the basic consumption of heating,refrigeration and lighting,with production consumption excluded from the total energy consumption of construction.Zero-energy consumption building does not mean piling up expensive architectural energy-saving material and equipment but acting according tocircumstances to integrate renewable energy with inactive mode of energy-saving technology and strive to create harmonious coexistence of building and environment with respect to the space usage efficiency.In view of the practical project case,in this paper,the basic strategies and methods to realize the zero-energy building put forward are as follows:(1)Optimize the architectural design to suitably improve the system of ventilation(1)Optimize the architectural design to suitably improve the system of ventilation and lighting.(2)Improve the thermal insulation and air tightness of the envelope enclosure structure.(3)Choose and appropriately use renewable energy according to local conditions.(4)The scientific combination of space,and the application and management of the intelligent building technology.In order to improve the ecological environment and alleviate energy shortage,the green and low-carbon development strategy advocated by the state has positive influence on the research of zero-energy consumption building.Through the project case analysis,the research results of economical,green and low-carbon development tactics in this paper can play a guiding role for the practice of zero-energy consumption building in cold regions of China.
