| Automobile test courses,as known as examination hall of vehicles,were mainly used to test the overall performance of the new car,and high-speed loop was the critical facility.And curved asphalt pavement played the most important role in loops.There was not technical specification to follow,and technical standard was far more than highways.Combination of GQBT(Guangzhou steam Honda automotive research and Development Co.,Ltd.),Cubic parabola curve was applied in this project,in which superelevation of bends was to a maximum of 47 degrees,leading to unavailable for most of asphalt paver and road roller.Therefore it was used to guarantee the construction quality that advanced cant paver,control system,measurement technology,etc.This paper first discussed the related theory and technology of this project,and then summarized the project management system of GQBT automobile test site from the perspective of technical and quality management,and established a quality,duration,cost,and security management program.At the same time,prioritization scheme of curved asphalt pavement was analyzed from the aspects of equipment,technology and economy,also construction quality informatization monitoring technology was dedicated to control construction quality.The whole process PDCA cycle management was studied by using the quality control method.This paper focused on summarizing the construction craft of the test section,and put forward the measurement of quality control,safety and environmental protection.After the completion of this test section,GQBT could use it for comprehensive test and enhance the efficiency of designing new model.The research in favor of construction enterprise project cost saving,speeding up the construction progress,had reference significance to the similar projects. |
