Research And Development On Visual Management Of Asphalt Pavement Mechanization Construction

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of modern technology,the mechanized construction management technology of asphalt pavement in China is becoming more and more mature.As an important construction technology,mechanized construction plays an important role.As so far,along with the constants development of science and technology,information has gradually penetrated into all areas of life,so that construction machinery in information management,real-time monitoring,visual management and so on become possible.In this article,through access to a large number of literature data and related research,the asphalt pavement mechanization construction visual management theory analysis,and on the system overall design,the architecture of the system function to do some research and development,as well as to the construction personnel and mechanical basic information management,construction cost management,construction quality control of asphalt pavement were studied.Using monitoring system and GPS positioning system for real-time monitoring and construction personnel and mechanical construction parameters information collection,in Microsoft.NET Framework platform using c # language technology logic operation for data model,combining with Server2012 SQL database development tools,the asphalt pavement mechanization construction visual management system analysis and a certain degree of develop.First of all,this paper has realized the asphalt pavement construction visualization management system structure design,has studied the visualization management main three aspects: First,the personnel and the machinery management,on the basis of the traditional management technology,the real-time management of personnel and machinery is added to provide a convenient way for managers to carry out supervision.The real-time monitoring of the construction cost is realized.By comparing the cost plan with the actual cost,the causes of the cost deviation are analyzed,and the relative and absolute values of the cost deviation are obtained by the method of earned value,and the corresponding rectifying measures are formed,it simplifies the decision-making process of the manager and the construction quality management.The real-time monitoring of the working parameters of the construction machinery is realized,and the statistics is made,which shortens the process of finding out the causes of the construction quality problems.Then,according to the asphalt pavement construction visual management needs analysis,visual management system module design,and the main functions of the development.
