In recent years,with the rapid development of China's warehousing industry,manufacturing enterprises actively introduce advanced warehousing technologies,such as automated warehouse.However,because of the high cost of the warehouse and the high technical threshold,most manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region still use the traditional plane warehouse as the storage place for the finished products.With the explosive growth of China's consumption market demand,manufacturing enterprises are facing the explosive growth of production demand.The corresponding storage demand caused by the increasing production demand makes the storage demand and capacity mismatch in the plane warehouse.And in the process of changing the seller's market to the buyer's market today,because of the diversification of customer demand,most manufacturing enterprises have transformed from large batch of similar products into production of many varieties and small batch products.It is difficult for a plane warehouse to control many varieties and small quantities of finished products.Therefore,the operation pressure of plane warehouse is increasing.In order to alleviate the operational pressure of plane warehouse,enterprises can build new warehouse,apply the warehouse management system and storage control technology.However,due to the high price of a new warehouse and other reasons,enterprises usually choose the application of warehouse management system and reasonable warehousing control technology.In this paper,in the background of the difficulty of the matching of warehousing demand and capacity and the difficulty of the reasonable warehousing control,in order to alleviate the mismatch between supply and demand,in order to mitigate the phenomenon of supply and demand mismatch,this paper studies the control of the finished product warehousing,facing the load fluctuation in the multi-channel plane warehouse,which is based on the load.The solution of the control is to expand the object of the production load control in the plane warehouse,and to design the scheduling rules of the temporary storage tasks,the rules for the delivery of the tasks and the layout rules of the repository,and solve the problem of the mismatch between the storage demand and the capacity caused by the production fluctuation.First,the research status of Workload Control and plane warehouse is reviewed,and the research status of Workload Control method and plane warehouse is analyzed,and the limitations of existing literature are put forward.Then,the paper describes the warehouse control problem of the plane warehouse,analyzes the operation process of the plane warehouse,and analyzes and summarizes the problems and difficulties in the process,in order to put forward the new method.Then,based on the problems arising in the storage control,this paper proposes a solution based on Workload Control,which extends the research object of workload control to the warehouse,defines the workload of the warehouse,the calculation method of workload and the workload norm,and designs the sequencing rules of the temporary storage area,the rules for the releasing from the warehouses and aisle assignment rules.Then,taking a large scale paint manufacturing enterprise's plane warehouse as simulation model,simulation experiments are carried out for the proposed rules.The results show that the sequencing rules of the temporary storage area,the release rules,the aisle assignment rules and the interaction between them have a significant influence on the storage time and the order delay rate of the warehouse.Then,the average warehousing time and order delay rate of different rules and their interaction are analyzed,and the average storage time of three kinds of temporary storage area sequencing rules,three kinds of release rules and two kinds of aisle assignment rules,and the mutual work between them are used.Performance evaluation is carried out with two indicators of order delay rate.The effective function of rules on average storage time and order delay rate is obtained through polygonal graph,and the reason is analyzed.Finally,the three parameters of the periodical release rule,the quantity of the finished product type and the maximum storage pallet number in the temporary storage area are analyzed,and the corresponding management enlightenment is obtained,which provides an optional scheme for the warehouse management of the manufacturing enterprises.
