Technical And Economic Analysis And Evaluation Of Phosphate Building Gypsum Fiberboard

In this paper a new type wall materials-phosphorus gypsum fiber board as the research object,analyses the technical performance and economic benefits compared to it,using TOPSIS method to evaluate the phosphorus gypsum fiber board,provides certain theory basis for the phosphorus gypsum fiber board market.This paper mainly studies the gypsum fibrous board from the following aspects:(1)Based on the background of establishing a conservation-oriented society and making rational use of resources.this paper analyzes the development trend and application status of new wall materials,gypsum board and phosphogypsum board.and discusses the necessity and significance of researching gypsum fiber board.(2)Technical Analysis of Phosphate Building Gypsum Fiberboard.Analysis of technical performance of gypsum fiberboard building,and natural gypsum fiberboard,gypsum board technical indicators for comparative analysis.(3)Economic Analysis of Phosphate Building Gypsum Fiberboard.Calculate the cost of building gypsum fiberboard,the cost of construction and decoration,analyze the economic benefits of using gypsum fiberboard,and compare with the economic indexes of natural gypsum fiberboard and gypsum board.(4)Establish a new index system of comprehensive evaluation of wallboard materials,and use analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators;use TOPSIS method to establish a new comprehensive evaluation model of wallboard materials,and make a comprehensive evaluation of the phosphorus building gypsum fiberboard.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)As a new type of wallboard material,phosphorous building gypsum fiberboard has the advantages of light weight,high strength,good fire resistance,good humidity conditioning and certain thermal insulation properties,but poor soundproof performance.(2)Phosphorus building gypsum fiberboard with a thickness of 9.5mm does not include the tax price of ?7.43/m2 at a profit rate of 35%,the production cost is higher than that of gypsum board and lower than that of natural gypsum fiberboard;And decoration costs ?96.64/m2,has some advantages.(3)The TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the new type of wallboard materials.Through the matrix processing and calculation,the results are as follows:natural gypsum fiberboard>phosphor building gypsum fiberboard>gypsum plasterboard and natural gypsum fiberboard are the optimal solutions,However,the value of Ci for P-gypsum fiberboard and natural gypsum fiberboard is very close,which shows that P-gypsum fiberboard also has marketability as a new type of wallboard material.
