In this paper,a Railway electroplating car for maintenance of track surface as control object,and the PLC controller is the core control module,which can implement mutual coordination between different institutions in the process of the electroplating,including process quality control,frequency modulation speed and a series of control function.Introducing the fuzzy PID control technology to the design,which can enhance the anti-interference ability of the moving speed of rail car,and the precise control effect of coating change is realized.In the project background of practical engineering,this paper introduces the specially designed for railway rail surface anticorrosion automatic electroplating equipment in detail,complete electrocleaning solution,activation,electroplating and a series of process implementation and control process,the main research content is as follows:Firstly,referring to relevant technologies and literature at domestic and overseas,analyzed the technical status and process flow of electroplating technology,and design the overall control scheme according to the implementation process of the electroplating.The overall control system is preliminarily determined and the overall scheme framework is preliminarily designed.Secondly,Further study of the working principle for PLC,the asynchronous motor frequency control,and the process of the electroplating coating thickness to keep connection of the electroplating current and forward speed,what’s more,creating mathematic model of the system control module,the system transfer function is deduced,and by using of MATLAB simulation program research to analysis of the necessity of the fuzzy PID control is introduced,so the core system control scheme is determined.Thirdly,From the perspective of the engineering application practice,in view of the automatic electroplate rail car design the PLC control system based on panasonic closed-loop control module,including schematic design,component selection,PLC programming,the use of hardware including generator,motor for walking,motor for pushing rod,frequency changer,electroplating power source and PLC controller.As the main controller of PLC with panasonic FPG-C32 T,frequency changer adopts 0.75 kW inVFD007L21 A series,the excellent control precision and stability can satisfy the demands of the electroplating car control.Finally,The installation and commissioning of the field is mainly to install the PLC electric control cabinet of the electroplating rail car and complete the debugging of the control system of the electroplate rail car.
