Research On The Cost Management Of Construction Project In Harbin Concert Hall

The cost management of construction project is an important part of project management,which runs through the construction project and ensures the interests of all parties involved in the project.Construction project cost management includes detailed engineering cost management mode and application method except the project itself management system.China has not yet formed a system of engineering cost theory with Chinese characteristics,which is applicable to construction project cost management.Therefore,in-depth study on China's construction project cost management supervision theory and mode has become the important contents of the construction project cost management to form a reasonable and effective management system of construction project cost.For the music hall type with large-scale government investment construction projects,the need for unified management of the main effects of cost management nodes is important and obvious in order to ensure the realization of target cost management in construction projects and more effectively control the project cost.In this paper,based on the project integrated management idea and the detailed analysis of related research at home and abroad,we presented a collective and detailed study on the cost management according to the actual situation of the Harbin music hall construction project.First of all,for Harbin music hall construction project,starting from the present situation of the implementation and completion of the construction of the hall,we summarized some existing problems of its cost management and carried out a detailed and systematic analysis.Secondly,we take the music hall of government investment construction project as the research subject,then the construction project construction hall integrated cost management system is built by utilizing with some main factors,such as,cost management mode and contract of cost management,project settlement and cost of the process of informatization construction,and so on.Finally,based on the music hall construction project the construction of integrated cost management system in this paper as the guidance,we take the implementation of the main problems in the process of phase cost management for construction project of the Harbin concert hall as a referencecase,then some constructive suggestions in the two aspects of the music hall construction project integrated design implementation phase cost control and contract management of construction project cost management are proposed respectively.The integration and optimization recommendations are also presented in this paper.We hope it might be a good reference and can help cost management for the future government investment construction project of the music hall.
