In recent years,the state and local governments have formulated relevant norms and technical standards to cope with the growing traffic conflicts.In particular,the construction of large residential areas will gather a large number of people,and the commercial construction projects during the conflict between land development and the transportation system.In order to solve this contradiction,it is necessary to do systematic analysis and research,and then put forward improvement strategies.This paper makes a systematic analysis and study based on the project of traffic impact assessment of B14 and B15 commercial plots in Daqing,the process of traffic impact assessment and the mature theories and methods at home and abroad.In view of the incompletely matching between national and provincial standards and local project implementation,this paper puts forward a method to determine the starting threshold of traffic impact evaluation in Daqing by combining with the current traffic situation,the composition of road network and the development planning.From the main area of Daqing travel mode and structure analysis,and then to the entrepreneurial city business district travel mode and structure analysis,to get relevant data.Then,the project factors analysis and definition;this paper analyzes the status of road traffic,public traffic system,slow traffic system and parking,and summarizes the current traffic characteristics.At the same time,the traffic demand forecast and traffic allocation are analyzed in detail.Finally,based on the analysis of external traffic environment and internal traffic environment,paper proposes the corresponding traffic improvement strategy.
