During the production process which mainly based on the multi varieties,small batch and quick response production mode,the traditional process model is fixed and single,lack of description of process action and unable to respond the instruction changes quickly,which is not conducive to the integration of process system and other production modules.Function call is usually used to drive the device between the production scheduling layer and the equipment layer of the workshop,which leads to high coupling and less flexibility.In the light of the deficiencies above,a process route model based on JSON format and the instruction of process action in process route are presented in this paper.Firstly,according to the needs and characteristics of production line system and combined with the material management system,tool management system and equipment resource management system,the process model of the production line was determined and the description of process action instruction set has been added in the model.Instruction set is represented in JSON format,and the main body of the instruction set is the manufacturing process information,also,the instruction set integrates the information resources about the machine tools,cutting tools,robots,etc.And all of them are related to the process.Then,imitate the NC program code,encode the instruction in the device action of production processes,define the execution instructions and the program instruction set which based on the device action.Through the instruction of production processes,regard process information in the form of instruction code as the output.And send the output to executive device to isolate the production scheduling layer and the equipment layer and improve the response efficiency and flexible production capacity.According to the difference of action executor,divide the device action and determine the coding mode of the execute instruction.On the basis of parallel and serial relationships between actions,confirm the tree structure of program instruction set.Finally,the flexible process planning based on program instruction set is analyzed.At the same time,control flow and data change of instruction set in system has been discussed.It focuses on the distributed execution of instruction,design the cooperation mode of each module in instruction execution,and explain the cooperative work mode by the example of "processing start" and "feeding".In this paper,take the ribbed plate of rear barrel section as an example.Through the analysis about the characteristics and processing technology of ribbed plate,modeling the process of the ribbed plate which based on the process route model that designed above,and then describe the execution process of executing instructions in the process model in detail.
