"The Belt and Road" of China bringing us lots of large construction projects.As an important force to promote China's speed to China's quality,State-Owned construction companies have accelerated the pace of enterprise transformation and upgrading,and seek to enhance the competitiveness and status in the international market.Because of its significant impact on the total cost of production,the procurement link of enterprises has become a key to aim at boosting profit margins.As an important part of enterprise procurement management,supplier management is attracting more and more attention.However,because of the complexity of suppliers,the supplier management has not been greatly improved.Based on domestic and foreign research on supplier management,this thesis takes A company,a typical representative of construction enterprises,as the research object.Through in-depth investigation of A company's supplier management,the current situation and problems of supplier management in A company are summarized,and the improvement scheme of supplier management is designed to provide a solution for the improvement of the management level of the company's suppliers.Starting from the introduction of new classification criteria for suppliers,this thesis proposes an improvement plan for selecting suppliers,examining suppliers and maintaining suppliers.Firstly,the thesis expound the problems of supplier management and the necessity of improving the supplier management in the light of the actual situation of A company's supplier management.Secondly,it analyzes the supplier classification management,supplier evaluation and selection,supplier performance evaluation and grading strategy respectively,and puts forward the improvement plan.The research methods include questionnaire survey,group decision making theory,Kraljic Model,Analytic Hierarchy Process,SPSS reliability and validity analysis.Finally,a brief case study is given on the effectiveness of the improved scheme.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)Starting from the new classification standards for suppliers,the new scheme has not only increased the workload of the managers,but also dispersed the assessment into the daily work,reducing the intensity of work.(2)Clear and pertinent strategies make management level clear and work targeted.(3)When the indexes that have been rigorously demonstrated by science applied to reality,it will reduce the influence of a large number of subjective factors.(4)The phenomenon in this thesis is widespread in the industry,and the conclusion can provide reference and reference for other similar enterprises.(5)The case analysis shows that the improved scheme is reasonable,feasible and easy to operate,and it is sure that the scheme has the value of popularization.(6)Considering the limitations of research level and the development of enterprises,the implementation measures can able to expand and change.With the deepening of the research and the constant verification of practice,the research in this thesis will be more and more perfect.
