The equipment manufacturing industry is the core component of the manufacturing industry.The level of its overall technology determines the overall level of a country's manufacturing industry.It is the basic guarantee for the country to achieve its new industrialization.As an important component of the equipment manufacturing industry,most of electromechanical equipment R&D design concerns at home and abroad still remain at the technical level and the economic level,which lack a systematic understanding of the relationship among humans,machines and the environment.During the production and operation of electromechanical equipment,a large amount of noise,high temperature,dust and other pollution factors will be generated,which will not only cause great harm to the human body,but also cause serious impacts on the ecological environment.Therefore,the introduction of sustainable theory into R&D can accomplish the continuation of the product lifecycle of electromechanical equipment,prompting companies to upgrade their existing production status and meet the design requirements of the new era.Firstly,the paper establishes the sustainable performance index system for the electromechanical equipment through the summary of economic,functional and environmental evaluation index systems based on the development and extension of the sustainable design theory.It uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to conduct a quantitative analysis of the sustainability indexes to determine the hierarchy of problems faced by the design and propose key technical solutions.Secondly,by using the principle of concurrent design in the system design theory,the paper performs an overall planning layout from the user research and green manufacturing in the early stage of development to the disassembly,recycling and reuse of product lifecycle in the late development.It conducts an emotional analysis of shapes,colors and textures of the electromechanical equipment based on the product iteration design principle so as to have a comprehensive design of the the appearance and structure of the production line.Finally,the paper chooses the optimal design plan through the comparison and evaluation of design plans by the sustainable index calculation model so as to realize the sustainable iteration of the electromechanical equipment.This paper studies the relationships between human and machine,human and environment in sustainable designs from the perspectives of theory and application.In the process of studying sustainable designs,the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the system design theory to combine the product functional form,color,safety,reliability and environmental conditions reasonably to achieve a design result with highly harmonious and unified humans,machines and the environment,to create a safe and harmonious production environment,providing the sustainable design of electromechanical equipment with plans for reference.
